Richard has been actively performing due diligence for many years.
Recently, he has been engaged with Ben Franklin Technology Partners of
Southeastern PA ("Ben Franklin") on an ongoing basis. Some of the products/services
assessed lately include supply chain software, durable medical devices,
fasteners, mixing systems, organic LEDs, industrial fibers, alternative energy
and gaming systems. For Ben Franklin, assignments go beyond technology to include
intellectual property, marketing, sales, manufacturing and finance.
Richard is an active participant in Ben Franklin's manufacturing practice's
investment advisory committee given his direct involvement performing due
diligence.
As part of Richard's involvement with Ben Franklin, he serves on a
technology advisory committee for their IT practice. Here Richard
performs high-level due diligence to qualify perspective applicants for Ben
Franklin as part of this committee.
